Matteo Ciofi
Italian Producer
Born and raised in Rome, Matteo Ciofi has always had a passion for journalism. After studying at the Università Roma Tor Vergata, he had his first journalistic experience at the local television station (Roma Uno), and later started to write for various Italian websites.

In 2013, he moved to Ireland to study at the Atlantic Language School, and then went back to Dublin for an internship at The Irish Catholic newspaper.

Since January 2015, he has been working at Salt+Light Television, hosting the Italian Perspectives news, two seasons of “Perspectives Weekly” in 2016, and from February 2017 the weekly show “Pagine Vaticane”.

From August 2017 he is working as Salt+Light Television correspondent from Vatican City.
