Prevain Devandran
Manager, Operations
Prevain was born in Guelph, Ontario and spent the majority of his childhood years in Toronto. He attended high school at St. Michael’s College School, run by the Basilian Fathers. He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto (Trinity College) majoring in International Relations and Political Science. He also completed his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Windsor. Prevain was subsequently called to the bar after articling at a boutique law firm in downtown Toronto. Prior to joining Salt and Light TV, Prevain was practicing law for 5 years in private practice at distinguished insurance litigation firms, where he was privileged to appear before judges of the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Since joining Salt and Light, Prevain assumed the role of Operations Manager, which encompasses assisting our Production and Programming Department and our Marketing and Communications Department in the day to day operation of our TV station. Prevain is also grateful to be to be Salt and Light TV’s English speaking voice for the Pope’s weekly General Audience.
