Home / Across the Divide / Sponsorship The Project Salt + Light Television, a leader in Catholic media, has completed a compelling new documentary that shares the important story of Bethlehem University and ordinary students from various backgrounds who are caught in the conflict yet are committed to peace, forgiveness and dialogue. Shot on location in Israel and the Palestinian Territories, and edited in North America, the 60-minute documentary captures the drama of a campus that, like the lives of its students and faculty, bears the scars of the intractable Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Yet, somehow, through the lens of faith and with Christian ideals, hope prevails.The Need Hope-filled stories like the ones told in Across the Divide are meant to be shared throughout the world. Salt + Light has taken on the mission of sharing such stories by using a variety of modern media, including documentaries. In the months of September and October, Salt + Light is planning several fundraising events during which we will premiere Across the Divide. These events will include light hors d’oeuvres, a special screening and a question and answer period with a distinguished panel.
