Catholic Focus: Ask and You Shall Recieve

January 15, 2009
askreceive.jpgAs Christians our faith presupposes belief in miracles; Christ healed the sick, transformed water into wine, and was raised from the dead. While miracles may not be as obvious as they were when Christ walked on earth they are still occurring and sometimes all it takes is to ask.
This Thursday January 15 at 7:00 pm ET Salt + Light premieres a new Catholic Focus episode: Ask and You Shall Receive. I speak with author, inspirational speaker and life coach Karen Zizzo about the incredible true story of her son’s healing from a fatal tumour at the age of seven. Karen is the author of the bestseller Ask and You Shall Receive: A Miracle for Steven, which recounts the story of how her son’s life, her entire family and their faith community were all transformed thanks to the power of intercessory prayer.
Karen now travels the world bringing her message of always maintaining hope and trust in God during our times of trial. If you or a loved one is going through a period of physical or emotional suffering and having difficulty believing in the goodness of God then this interview with Karen Zizzo may help restore your faith in our God of impossibles!
Catholic Focus: Ask and You Shall Receive airs Thursday, January 15th at 7pm and 11pm ET, with an encore presentation Sunday, January 18th at the same times.
