Catholic Focus: Discovering the Way -- El Camino de Santiago

February 2, 2011
Pilgrims have been walking the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage for over 1000 years. Its history and significance make it a spiritual epicentre for the Christian faith after Jerusalem and Rome.
Tonight's episode of Catholic Focus features stories of modern pilgrims who have walked one of the longest pilgrimages in the history of the Christian faith -- including two seminarians from the Diocese of Hamilton, ON, who walked it together with the prayer intention of an increase to vocations.  Also featured is a history on the Camino, and a woman from the Archdiocese of Montreal who organizes pilgrimages there for youth groups.
See Catholic Focus: Discovering the Way -- El Camino de Santiago tonight, February 2nd, at 7:00pm/11:00pm ET or 8:00pm PT, with an encore presentation Saturday, February 5th at the same times.
