Across the Divide in Ottawa and Toronto

August 10, 2012
Salt + Light is pleased to announce we will be hosting special screenings of our latest film, Across the Divide, in Toronto and Ottawa this September.
The film depicts the plight of the students of Bethlehem University and the struggles faced by the De La Salle Brothers who administer the school. Bethlehem University is the only Catholic University in the West Bank. It is an oasis where Catholic and Muslim students live and study side by side, despite the turmoil and violence in the region.
The Toronto screening takes place Wednesday September 5, with a 6:00pm reception and 7:00pm screening. Cardinal Thomas Collins will be participating.
In Ottawa the screening takes place Wednesday September 19 with a 6:00pm reception and 7:15pm screening. Archbishop Terrence Prendergast will will be participating.
