Man of the Church

November 17, 2013
Bishop Douglas Crosby, OMI, has lead the Canadian Diocese of Hamilton, Ontario, since 2010. He has had a distinguished career as an Oblate Missionary, pastor, counselor, and administrator at local, regional, and national levels. His leadership gifts and qualities were recognized early on by his religious congregation, and he has offered those generously to the Church in Canada. When people hear Doug's name, the words that immediately come to mind are: gentleman, kind, man of the Church, pastor, true missionary, and great administrator. He has dealt with some of the most challenging contemporary issues of the Church with honesty, integrity, and loyalty, and always with a deep sense of compassion for those who are suffering. Join Fr. Thomas Rosica, CSB, for this in-depth WITNESS interview with the newly-elected Vice-President of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops.
