Day 1 - What are “The Seven Last Words of Christ?”

March 2, 2017
Explore the Scriptures and the reflections on The Seven Last Words of Christ.
Each day will include a question, prayer, or challenge for putting your faith into action. You are invited to ponder the seven phrases uttered by Jesus Christ in his final three hours, as he hung on the Cross.
We pray with these words so that we may be drawn into deeper relationship with our Lord and Savior.
"Father forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing."
Luke 23:33-34
"Today, you will be with me in Paradise."
Luke 23: 39-43
"Woman, here is your son...Here is your mother."
John 19: 25-27
"My God, my God why have you forsaken me?"
Matthew 27: 45-46
"I am thirsty."
John 19: 28
"It is finished."
John 19: 29-30
"Father, into your hands I commend my spirit."
Luke 23: 44-46
