Perspectives Daily: Arrest warrant issued for St. Romero's assassin

St. Oscar Romero's killer is still at large 38 years after his assassination. This week, a judge in El Salvador has issued an arrest order for the suspected killer after citing that they now have sufficient evidence to make the charge.
