With the Pope’s apostolic trip to Asia next week, religious leaders of different faiths in Bangladesh are hoping that this Papal visit will promote the much-needed harmony and tolerance in the Muslim-majority nation. However, it's reported that many hard-line Muslim groups including the Hefazat-e-Islam, will protest if the pontiff says or does anything "unexpected and unacceptable" during his visit to their country next week. ...read more
