Can I leave God at home?

Carlos Ferreira

Thursday, March 15, 2012

Lent is a period of reflection, a moment all Catholics might use to look at their life and the relationship they have with God.
You might ask yourself if you are doing your normal prayer just because your Church asks you to do it. Are you really living your faith?
Try to look at everything in your life as part of your spiritual life. There is no such thing as leaving God at home when you are at work or out with friends. Everything you do is part of your relationship with God.
Praying might be a moment where you speak with God, not the God who is locked inside a church but the one who is the owner of your life and asks you to be his witness in everything you do.
This Friday on Perspectives: The Weekly Edition Pedro asks Ralph Martin, President of Renewal Ministries how to get out of a spiritual rut, and to also suggest some good practices to better live our faith.
Join us for this discussion, Friday on Perspectives: The Weekly Edition at 7 and 11pm ET / 8pm PT. In the meantime, take part in the discussion on Facebook
