In just three weeks, the universal church will be celebrating Palm Sunday, going into Holy Week. The weekend of Palm Sunday, March 27/28, is also the time different dioceses celebrate their own World Youth Day.
09-09-27_IMG_1602_69Isabel Correa, the Director of Youth Ministry for the Archdiocese of Montreal, shares with us how the youth of Montreal will be celebrating World Youth Day 2010. They start at 12:30 pm on Saturday, March 27th at the Chinese Catholic Mission, ending with the Palm Sunday Mass with Cardinal Turcotte at the Cathedral Mary Queen of the World. You can catch Isabel’s interview and her excitement about youth ministry in Montreal on tonight’s edition, Thursday March 4th, of daily Perspectives at 7 and 11 pm ET.
And to find out more about the dynamic youth ministry in Montreal, go to their website, or their Facebook page, or their blog.
