\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u4e3b\u6559\u5718\u4e00\u76f4\u5805\u6c7a\u53cd\u5c0d MAiD<\/span><\/a>\uff0c\u4e26\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u793e\u6703\u4e2d\u9650\u5236\u5176\u9069\u7528\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u9019\u4efd\u8072\u660e\u7531\u4f86\u81ea\u5168\u570b\u5404\u5730\u7684 14 \u4f4d\u4e3b\u6559\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5171\u540c\u7d44\u6210\u5e38\u8a2d\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff0c\u5728\u5168\u9ad4\u5927\u6703\u4e4b\u9593\u4ee3\u8868\u4e3b\u6559\u5718\u767c\u8072\uff0c\u662f\u4e3b\u6559\u5718\u6700\u5177\u6b0a\u5a01\u6027\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u300c\u70ba\u9019\u4e9b\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u6216\u5354\u52a9\u81ea\u6bba\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u9055\u80cc\u4e86\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u81ea\u6bba\u9810\u9632\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u4e5f\u80cc\u96e2\u4e86\u6211\u5011\u5171\u540c\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\uff1b\u6211\u5011\u61c9\u900f\u904e\u6cbb\u7642\u3001\u652f\u6301\u53ca\u5404\u7a2e\u6cbb\u7642\u6027\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u70ba\u9762\u5c0d\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u6311\u6230\u7684\u4eba\u5e36\u4f86\u5e0c\u671b\u3002\u300d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8072\u660e\u4ea6\u5f15\u7528\u5be6\u8b49\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5\u53ca\u591a\u4f4d\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u5224\u65b7\uff0c\u6307\u51fa\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u4e26\u4e0d\u5fc5\u7136\u662f\u7121\u6cd5\u6cbb\u7652\u7684\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u66f4\u61c9\u6539\u5584\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u7d13\u7de9\u6cbb\u7642\u8207\u652f\u63f4\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u82f1\u8a9e\u539f\u6587<\/strong>\uff1a<\/span>Statement by the Permanent Council In Support of Bill C-218: \u201cAn Act to amend the Criminal Code (Medical Assistance in Dying)\u201d<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

2025 \u5e74 6 \u6708 20 \u65e5\uff0cC-218 \u865f\u79c1\u4eba\u8349\u6848\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u773e\u8b70\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u3002\u8a72\u6cd5\u6848\u5efa\u8b70\u64a4\u92b7\u539f\u5b9a\u65bc 2027 \u5e74\u5be6\u65bd\u7684\u300c\u91ab\u7642\u5354\u52a9\u7d50\u675f\u751f\u547d\uff08MAiD\uff09\u300d\u8cc7\u683c\u64f4\u5c55\u3002\u82e5\u8a72\u64f4\u5c55\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u50c5\u60a3\u6709\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u4e5f\u5c07\u7b26\u5408\u5b89\u6a02\u6b7b\u53ca\u91ab\u751f\u5354\u52a9\u81ea\u6bba\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u8cc7\u683c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u4e3b\u6559\u5718\uff08CCCB\uff09\u66fe\u591a\u6b21\u8868\u660e\u53cd\u5c0d MAiD \u7684\u7acb\u5834\uff0c\u4e26\u95e1\u8ff0\u5176\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u9f13\u52f5\u8207\u63a8\u52d5\u66f4\u5177\u4eba\u9053\u8207\u95dc\u61f7\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4ee5\u56de\u61c9\u6162\u6027\u75bc\u75db\u3001\u75db\u82e6\u53ca\u672b\u671f\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u5305\u62ec\u5168\u9762\u4e14\u53ef\u53ca\u7684\u5584\u7d42\u7167\u8b77\u670d\u52d9\uff08palliative care\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u70ba\u60a3\u6709\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ecd\u7136\u907a\u61be\u5730\u5141\u8a31\u5b89\u6a02\u6b7b\u7684\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u4e3b\u6559\u5718\u4e5f\u6703\u5021\u8b70\u63a1\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u66f4\u5ee3\u6cdb\u4e14\u66f4\u8106\u5f31\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u6b64\u985e\u505a\u6cd5\u3002\u82e5 C-218 \u6cd5\u6848\u7372\u5f97\u901a\u904e\uff0c\u5c07\u662f\u671d\u9019\u65b9\u5411\u9081\u51fa\u7684\u5efa\u8a2d\u6027\u4e00\u6b65\uff1a\u9650\u5236\u5b89\u6a02\u6b7b\u4e26\u4fdd\u8b77\u60a3\u6709\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u9032\u5c55\u4ea6\u8207\u806f\u5408\u570b\u300a\u6b98\u75be\u4eba\u6b0a\u5229\u516c\u7d04\u300b\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u4e00\u81f4\uff1a\u64a4\u92b7 Track 2 MAiD\uff08\u5373\u4e0d\u4ee5\u81ea\u7136\u6b7b\u4ea1\u53ef\u9810\u898b\u70ba\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u5b89\u6a02\u6b7b\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e\u5ee2\u9664 C-7 \u6cd5\u6848\uff0c\u6c38\u4e45\u6392\u9664\u50c5\u4ee5\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u70ba\u552f\u4e00\u91ab\u7642\u72c0\u6cc1\u7684\u4eba\u7533\u8acb MAiD\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u4e3b\u6559\u5718\u652f\u6301 C-218 \u6cd5\u6848\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8a72\u6cd5\u6848\u65e8\u5728\u505c\u6b62\u50c5\u4ee5\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u70ba\u7406\u7531\u7684 MAiD\u3002\u4e3b\u6559\u5718\u9f13\u52f5\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u4fe1\u53cb\u5728\u8207\u5176\u6559\u5340\u4e3b\u6559\u5171\u878d\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6240\u6709\u61f7\u6709\u5584\u610f\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u8868\u9054\u5c0d\u6b64\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4ea6\u547c\u7c72\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u9452\u65bc\u6b64\u8b70\u984c\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u6df1\u9060\u9053\u5fb7\u8207\u793e\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5141\u8a31\u570b\u6703\u8b70\u54e1\u5728\u6b64\u4e8b\u4e0a\u6309\u826f\u5fc3\u81ea\u7531\u6295\u7968\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u547d\u662f\u4e00\u4efd\u6069\u8cdc\uff0c\u5728\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u3001\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u5883\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u53d7\u5230\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e26\u88ab\u73cd\u8996\u3002\u6b63\u5982\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u4e3b\u6559\u5011\u4e00\u518d\u5f37\u8abf\u7684\uff1a\u5b89\u6a02\u6b7b\u8207\u5354\u52a9\u81ea\u6bba\u2014\u2014\u7121\u8ad6\u5c0d\u8c61\u662f\u75c5\u8005\u3001\u81e8\u7d42\u8005\u3001\u6b98\u75be\u4eba\u58eb\u6216\u60a3\u6709\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u2014\u2014\u5728\u9053\u5fb7\u4e0a\u59cb\u7d42\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u884c\u70ba\u5ffd\u8996\u4e86\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u4e0d\u53ef\u4fb5\u72af\u7684\u5c0a\u56b4\uff0c\u7834\u58de\u5bb6\u5ead\u8207\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u806f\u7e6b\uff0c\u4e5f\u524a\u5f31\u4e86\u6211\u5011\u5171\u540c\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\uff1a\u4fdd\u8b77\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u547d\uff0c\u4e26\u7167\u9867\u8106\u5f31\u8207\u88ab\u908a\u7de3\u5316\u7684\u4eba\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
