Maud de Boer-Buquicchio and Tim Morris - Witness Interview

Ms. Maud de Boer-Buquicchio

Ms. Maud de Boer-Buquicchio is currently UN Special Rapporteur on the sale and sexual exploitation of children as well as President of the European Federation for Missing and Exploited Children (MCE). From 2002-2012 she served as Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe. Prior to that she was Deputy Registrar to the European Court of Human Rights, and served the European Commission of Human Rights in various capacities. All through her professional career she focussed on children’s human rights.

Mr. Tim Morris

is the Executive Director for Police Services at INTERPOL. Prior to this he served for 30 years with the Australian Federal Police. During his career Mr Morris worked in a variety of fields, including organized crime, counter narcotic operations, anti-money laundering, overseas liaison, counter terrorism, international operations, intelligence and high-tech crime. Mr Morris was awarded the Member of the Order of Australia in 2003 for his leadership of the Bali bombing investigation. Mr. Morris lives now in Lyon, France at the International Headquarters of Interpol.
