Panes of Glory: What about the Women?

May 19, 2011
If you’ve been paying close attention to the subjects of the past three episodes of Panes of Glory, you would have noticed that we haven’t touched on any windows of women.
Are they in hiding?  Are they not important?
For this last episode in the series, be prepared to meet some of the most powerful figures of the Church, in whom grace, beauty, and holiness abound.
Of the 33 Doctors of the Church, three are women.  Two of them are honoured in a very special way in the alcoves of St. Peter’s Seminary chapel.
Fr. Prieur focuses on them and, of course, on the one in whom the fullness of grace dwells, Mary.
Join Fr. Michael Prieur and Mary Rose Bacani for the final episode of Panes of Glory: The Windows of St. Peter’s Seminary airing this Sunday, May 22nd at 8:30pm & 12:30pm ET/5:30pm & 9:30pm PT, with an encore presentation Friday, May 27th at 8:00pm & 12:00am ET /5:00pm & 9:00pm PT.
