Salt + Light in Los Angeles!

February 24, 2013
It's not everyday that Salt + Light is in California. But thanks to a special invitation from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, we are alive and well here.
Salt + Light Television is blessed to have an exhibit booth at the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress, through until Feb. 24. Attendance for the three-day event is expected to peak at 24,000 people.
The RECongress is the largest annual gathering of its kind in the world. The four-day event is held at the Anaheim Convention Center and is sponsored by the Los Angeles Office of Religious Education. Initially beginning in 1968 as an "institute," RECongress is open to people of all vocations and different faiths.
S+L's Cheridan Sanders is on location in Anaheim filming some segments for The Church Alive series. Sanders joins the Marketing Department and I in what promises to be a wonderful, spirit-filled weekend. It's very comforting to know that our name is recognized and appreciated in the United States. Many have come to us and wished us well. As always, please keep us in your prayers.
If you plan on attending the congress, stop by to meet our staff, pick up a copy of our latest magazine and/or make a donation.
