Vivo Rio - English language Pilgrim Centre

From July 24-26, the Vivo Rio World Youth Day Welcome Centre for English speaking pilgrims will host prayer, music and speakers. It will also allow for networking opportunities for pilgrims and play host to an international media centre.
Each afternoon at 1:30pm, Vivo Rio will host different events including specific national gatherings for Canadians, Americans and Australians. The centre will remain open every night until 10:00pm hosting live video from major events such as the papal welcome, the Taize prayer service as well as Stations of the Cross and Lectio Divina.
Speakers at Vivo Rio include Cardinal Timothy Dolan, Archbishop of New York, Cardinal Sean O’Malley, OFM Cap, Archbishop of Boston and Father Thomas Rosica, CSB, CEO of Salt and Light Catholic Media Foundation.
