Knight of Columbus
This week, we begin our coverage of the Knights of Columbus 135th Supreme Convention in St.Louis, Missouri. This annual event runs from August 1 to August 3rd but today, Francis Denis talks to Fr. Thomas Rosica on location, about the close relationship and history, between the Knights of Columbus and Salt and Light over the years. Fr. Rosica also gives us a preview of what the viewers can expect to see from us this week.
Earlier today, Emilie Callan, had a chance to catch up with Bishop Noel Simard, from the diocese of Valleyfield Quebec, about his role as chaplain of the Knights of Columbus of Quebec and why, it’s important for the Canadian delegation to be present at the Supreme Convention.
We begin our television coverage of the convention tomorrow morning beginning at 10:10am Eastern, with the Opening Mass. For more details visit our online schedule listed here
And that's all for Perspectives today. Join us again tomorrow, when I bring you more news and stories from a Perspectives of a Catholic Lens. Thanks for joining us.
