2026年四旬期：開展40日相遇之旅

四旬期是一個相遇的時期，召喚我們走出自我，與天主、近人和萬物建立關係，重修於好。
我們透過祈禱和默想聖言，與主相遇，向主傾訴，並為別人的需要祈求。
克己守齋促使我們放棄物質慾望，為他人的需要騰出空間，也讓大地得以喘息。
在愛德行動中，我們關心並接納窮人和被邊緣化的人，與他們建立友誼，同時以行動守護我們共同的家園。

Lent is a time of encounter, inviting us to step out of ourselves and establish relationships with God, our neighbors, and creation. It calls for reconciliation and connection.
Through prayer and meditation on Scripture, we encounter the Lord, have conversation with Him, and intercede for others.
Fasting and abstinence help us detach from material desires, creating space for the needs of others and allowing the earth to rejuvenate.
Acts of charity enable us to welcome and care for the poor and marginalized, fostering friendships with them while protecting our common home.
